1. General Provisions These regulations define the terms and conditions of passenger transport services provided by VITMEL (Tax ID/NIP: 9721329812). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
2. Booking & Pricing
Booking: We accept bookings primarily via WhatsApp or phone.
Price Guarantee: The price agreed upon during booking is fixed and final. We do not charge extra fees for traffic jams, detours, or the duration of the ride.
3. Payments Payment is made directly to the driver after the service is completed (card terminal available in the car).
Cash: We accept payments in PLN and EUR.
Cards & Mobile Payments: We accept all major cards and payment systems: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, UnionPay.
We also support contactless payments: Google Pay & Apple Pay.
4. Waiting Time
Airport Transfer: We monitor your flight. 60 minutes of free waiting time is included from the moment the plane lands.
City/Hotel Transfer: For pick-ups from an address in Poznań, the free waiting time is 20 minutes.
After this time, if there is no contact with the Passenger, the driver has the right to cancel the order.
5. Cancellation Policy Cancellation is free of charge. However, we kindly ask for immediate notification (via WhatsApp) if you wish to cancel, so the driver does not travel to the location unnecessarily. Let’s respect each other's time.
6. Passengers & Luggage
Passengers: The price includes a comfortable ride for up to 4 passengers.
Luggage: Our car comfortably accommodates luggage for a full set of passengers.
With 4 people, we guarantee space for 4 medium suitcases (or cabin bags).
Important: Please note that with 4 passengers, luggage space is limited. If you plan to bring 4 very large suitcases (XL size) or non-standard luggage, they may not fit. In such cases, please consult with us via WhatsApp in advance.
Children: According to Polish regulations, children can travel in our transport under adult supervision without a child seat. This is permitted and fully legal. We do not provide child seats as standard; however, if you have your own seat/carrier, you are welcome to use it in our car.
Special Luggage: Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to transport skis, bicycles, or large pet carriers.
7. Safety & Order
A total smoking ban applies in the vehicle.
In the event of severe soiling of the upholstery by a passenger, a cleaning fee will be charged (from 200 PLN).
Right to Refuse Service: The driver has the right to refuse service (without compensation) if the Passenger is under the influence of alcohol/drugs, behaves aggressively, or poses a threat to driving safety.
8. Carrier Liability VITMEL makes every effort to execute orders on time. However, the company is not liable for delays or failure to perform the service resulting from causes beyond the carrier's control (so-called force majeure), such as: road blockades, accidents, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen traffic difficulties that may result in the passenger missing a flight/train.
9. Personal Data (GDPR) The administrator of your data is VITMEL. Your data (name, phone number) is used solely for the purpose of service execution and contact regarding the order. You have the right to access your data and request its deletion by contacting us via WhatsApp.
